Ellis September 2024 Feature Release

Ellis September 2024 Feature Release

At Ellis, we’re committed to providing you with the best tools to supercharge your eCommerce strategy. That’s why we’re excited to announce our latest feature release, packed with enhancements that make managing your inventory and understanding your customers easier and more effective than ever. From advanced segmentation to deeper insights into slow-moving stock, here’s what’s new!

1. Updated RFM Segmentation Dashboard

The RFM Segmentation dashboard has received a major upgrade, making it easier than ever to compare the performance of different customer segments and dig into key performance indicators (KPIs). By understanding the behavior of each RFM segment—whether they are “Champions,” “At Risk,” or “Loyal Customers”—you can make smarter decisions about how to engage with your audience.

New Feature Highlights:

  • Compare Segment Performance and KPIs: Get a bird’s-eye view of how each RFM segment is performing, allowing you to tailor your marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Track Customer Transitions Between Segments: Easily identify customers who have moved from one segment to another, such as those who’ve dropped out of the “Champions” group or entered the “At Risk” category. This insight enables you to take swift action, whether that’s re-engaging customers who are slipping away or rewarding your most loyal buyers.
  • Export Lists for Targeted Campaigns: Once you’ve identified these customers, export the lists and use them for hyper-targeted marketing actions. For example, run a win-back campaign for customers at risk of churning or create a loyalty offer for those who have just entered the "Champions" segment.

3. Enhanced Slow-Moving Inventory Analysis

We’ve also updated our inventory tools to help you deal more effectively with slow-moving stock. Now, the Product Analysis dashboard features enhanced capabilities to identify slow-moving goods by sell-through rate, giving you a clear picture of which products are tying up valuable capital while moving off the shelves too slowly.

New Feature Highlights:

  • Identify Slow-Moving Products by Sell-Through Rate: Quickly spot products that have low sell-through rates but high potential sales. These are the items tying up warehouse space and capital, making them prime candidates for optimization.
  • Filter by Key Attributes: Go even deeper with product analysis by filtering slow-moving items based on vendor, collection, size variant, and more. This level of granularity allows you to fine-tune your inventory strategies and make data-driven decisions about which products to promote, discount, or discontinue.
  • Plan Strategic Campaigns: Use the insights gained from this analysis to plan targeted campaigns aimed at speeding up sales for slow-moving products. Whether it’s a clearance sale or a strategic bundle offer, you’ll have the data you need to move inventory efficiently.
