LoyaltyLion Dashboard

The LoyaltyLion Dashboard provides insights into member versus non-member behaviors for both online and PoS sales, offering KPI comparisons, order counts, and net sales metrics, while also detailing new enrollments by order source and point-of-sale locations. 

The dashboard further breaks down the average order value and basket size over time for both groups, helping businesses understand their sales distribution and the impact of their loyalty programs.

The dashboard can be filtered by time, source and store.

LoyaltyLion Dashboard Elements

  • Member vs Non-Member Statistics table shows KPI comparison of LoyaltyLion members and non-members. Notice that the non-member customers from PoS locations are generally not identified and thus the amount of customers makes sense only when filtering for web sales only. Source: LoyaltyLion + Shopify
  • Order Counts by Membership Status chart presents KPI comparison of LoyaltyLion members and non-members.   • New Enrolments by Order Source chart presents the amount of enrolments by source. Enrolment source is the source through which the customer made their order on the enrolment day. If the member did not place an order on the enrolment day, their source is 'unknown' and it is not reported here. Source: LoyaltyLion + Shopify

  • LoyaltyLion enrolments by PoS Location chart presents enrolment is assigned to the PoS location if the customer places an order in the said PoS location and becomes a member on the same day. Source: LoyaltyLion + Shopify
  • Net Sales by Membership Status and Source Name Net sales comparison over time between the LoyaltyLion members and non-members across multiple source names (web and pos). Source: LoyaltyLion + Shopify
  • Share of Net Sales By Membership Status and Source Name visualisation represents the distribution of net sales based on membership status and source name. It helps to understand how members and non-members contribute to net sales and the sources through which these sales are generated. Source: LoyaltyLion + Shopify
