The Product Category Performance Dashboard provides detailed information about product categories across all connected stores. Users can filter the dashboard by time, store name, product category, or vendor type.

Category performance can be evaluated by Category, Order Line Profit, Units Sold, Customers, Orders, Avg. Quantity, Customer Share, Return Rate (%), and Checkout Abandonment Rate.

Product Category Performance Dashboard Elements

• Top 5 Product Categories By Total Sales chart presents share of total sales by product type within selected period of time (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly). The displayed results are limited to 500 entries. To download the complete dataset with sales share percentages, simply select "Download Data," then choose "As Displayed in the Data Table" under "Results" in the "Advanced Options."
